Product questions with complete answers

Does opening saved research run the search again?

No. Opening a saved result reads the stored record. A new provider request happens only when you start a new search or use the refresh action.

Saved results are a research record

A completed research run stores its query, filters, timestamp, returned items, and available result metadata. Reopening that row reads the saved record so a team can return to the evidence without silently creating another provider request.

Refresh is an explicit action

Use refresh when the age of the result matters. The interface shows the saved time and the estimated credit requirement before the new request is submitted. The refreshed result then becomes the current saved record for that search.
