Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Rankizz.com website, hosted application, REST API, MCP server, documentation, and authorized self-hosted software. By creating an account, purchasing credits, connecting an agent, or using the service, you agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You must be legally able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Rankizz.com for an organization, you confirm that you have authority to accept these Terms for that organization.

Rankizz.com provides search research and tracking workflows across SEO, AEO/GEO, app-store optimization, cited-social research, site audits, Search Console, REST API, and MCP. Some features read connected account data. Others submit a request to a paid third-party data provider.

Search results, keyword volumes, rankings, citations, backlinks, app-store data, social results, and AI answers can be incomplete, delayed, estimated, or changed by their source. Rankizz.com is a research tool, not a guarantee of traffic, rankings, citations, revenue, legal compliance, or business results.

Provide accurate account information and keep it current. You are responsible for activity performed through your account, API keys, connected Google account, and authorized MCP clients. Do not share secret credentials publicly or let another person evade account or usage controls through your account.

Email samik@rankizz.com promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. We may require email verification, rate-limit requests, revoke compromised credentials, or ask for additional verification to protect the service.

Hosted provider-backed work uses prepaid Usage Credits. The price, credit grant, tax treatment, and payment method shown at checkout are the terms for that purchase. Dodo Payments is the merchant of record and its buyer terms also apply to the transaction.

Credits in a completed hosted purchase remain available until used. They do not reset on a billing cycle, create overage, or trigger a recurring charge. Credits are a limited service entitlement, not cash, a bank balance, or a transferable currency. We may reverse credits tied to a refunded, reversed, fraudulent, or disputed payment.

Our 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee applies to the current one-time hosted plan and Usage Credit top-ups. Email samik@rankizz.com within 7 days of the charge to request a refund. If no purchased credits have been used, an approved refund may cover the full eligible purchase. If any credits have been used, only the unused portion is eligible and the approved refund will be reduced proportionally. Refunded purchase credits and related access may be revoked. Mandatory consumer rights and any refund terms displayed at checkout continue to apply.

Future credit packages, provider rates, and feature estimates may change. A price change does not reduce credits already purchased. Rankizz.com shows an estimate before supported credit-using actions, but a reservation can differ from final usage when the provider reports actual cost.

Use Rankizz.com only for lawful research and work you are authorized to perform. You must not:

You keep your rights in the domains, prompts, keywords, files, URLs, project information, and other material you submit. You grant Rankizz.com a limited right to host, copy, process, and send that material to the provider selected for the purpose of operating the requested feature.

You confirm that you have the rights and lawful basis needed to submit that material and connect any Google Search Console property. Do not submit secrets or sensitive personal information that is unnecessary for search research.

Rankizz.com links to and displays data from third parties. We do not own third-party webpages, posts, videos, ads, app listings, AI answers, or provider databases. A returned link or ranking is not an endorsement.

You are responsible for checking a source before publishing, contacting a person, reusing media, or making a commercial decision. Third-party outages, field changes, limits, and terms can affect the service without notice to us.

API and MCP access is provided for your own authorized workflows. Follow the published schemas, scopes, rate limits, and idempotency requirements. You remain responsible for every action an agent or integration performs with your credentials, including credit-using calls.

We may change or deprecate an endpoint with reasonable notice when practical, or immediately when needed for security, law, or an upstream provider change. Do not rely on undocumented behavior as a permanent interface.

Rankizz.com is proprietary software. The application, source code, design, documentation, APIs, schemas, copy, trademarks, and other Rankizz.com material remain the property of Rankizz.com and its licensors.

Authorized self-hosting gives you only the deployment and use rights stated in your order or license. It does not grant an open-source license or permission to publish, fork, redistribute, sublicense, or relicense Rankizz.com. Provider keys and provider charges for a self-hosted deployment are the deployment operator's responsibility.

We work to keep Rankizz.com available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Maintenance, security incidents, provider queues, rate limits, internet failures, and source changes can delay or prevent a result.

We may add, change, pause, or remove a feature. When practical, we will preserve previously saved data and provide notice for a material change. Experimental or preview features may change more quickly and can be withdrawn.

You may stop using Rankizz.com at any time. Contact support before closing an account if you need an export or have remaining credits. Account closure does not convert credits into cash except where law or an applicable refund term requires it.

We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address nonpayment, fraud, abuse, a security risk, unlawful use, provider restrictions, or a material breach of these Terms. Where the issue can be fixed, we will try to give notice and a reasonable opportunity to do so.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankizz.com is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and warranties arising from course of dealing.

Nothing in these Terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. You are responsible for professional judgment, backups, and reviewing research before relying on it.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rankizz.com will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profit, revenue, goodwill, data, or business opportunity arising from the service.

Our aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for Rankizz.com during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim or USD 100. These limits do not apply to liability that applicable law does not allow us to limit.

If you use Rankizz.com for a business, you are responsible for claims arising from your unlawful inputs, instructions, exports, publication, credential sharing, or breach of third-party rights. To the extent permitted by law, you will defend and indemnify Rankizz.com against those claims and reasonable related costs.

Email samik@rankizz.com first so we can try to resolve a dispute directly. The law and forum applicable to a purchase may also be identified by the merchant of record on your checkout or receipt. Nothing in these Terms removes a mandatory consumer protection, statutory warranty, or right to bring a claim in a forum that applicable law guarantees.

We may update these Terms to reflect product, provider, legal, or security changes. The revision date appears at the top. For a material change, we will provide reasonable notice in the product or by email when required. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply, unless law requires a different form of acceptance.
